DSW - DEC 2023 - "FEELINGS"

Happy December, everyone!  We are head-on into the holiday season, and I find myself wondering where the rest of the year has gone!  It seems like the older I get, the faster the years fly.  It simply astounds me!

This month, I'd like to offer you all a choice of 2 plans.  You are welcome to do both, or to choose one.  I prayed and prayed about a new, holiday themed plan to offer you, but the Lord would not send one.  What He sent instead reflects the path my family is walking, and how I'm having to rely on the Lord through all the emotions that come with it.

A little over 2 weeks ago, my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  From what I understand, it is pretty unusual for a man to be diagnosed at the "young" age of 57, so it truly took us by surprise.  He is still in the throes of diagnostic tests, staging, and coming up with a plan, so my emotions are just everywhere!  I have found myself quoting scripture more and more when I feel fearful, uncertain, etc.  That lead me to quite an exhaustive search of scriptures to apply when "feelings" are so prevalent in my heart and mind. The "feelings" plan is a portion of those findings, and as I've pondered on it more, I've come to the realization that not everyone has the "warm fuzzies" (emotionally speaking) during this season, so maybe that's why the Lord sent this plan to me.  The "feelings" plan is dedicated to those who struggle with loneliness, depression. memories of a lost loved one, etc. during the holiday season.  I pray you can find some comfort just as I have through these scriptures.  

If you choose to do the "Messiah" plan, I feel confident that you, too, will be blessed!  I so enjoyed creating it last year, and received personal blessings by doing it.  

Whichever plan you choose, or if you choose to do both plans, I have no doubt God will bless! I pray that the Word of God will come alive to you in new, exciting & comforting ways. His Word is ALIVE, and right on time!  

I write all my plans based off the King James Version of the Holy Bible, so other translations may vary in wording but should have the same context. Also, I write all plans for 31 days so that they can be used any month of the year.

DSW PLAN INTRO - APRIL 2026 - NAMES OF GOD

 April 2026 - Daily Scripture Writing Plan, "Names of God" Preface: This month's plan was originally shared back in July 2022.  As I attempted to create a new plan for April 2026, my mind was unsettled and my Spirit felt blocked from creating brand new content.  I prayed and sought the Lord's direction.  I felt Him leading me back to this plan from several years ago.  The names of God are timeless.
