May 2022 DSW - "New"
Happy May, everyone! It seems that Spring is now in full swing here in the southeast United States, and "NEW" is bursting forth all around. New flowers, new leaves on trees, new temperature highs, etc. If it weren't for the heavy blanket of yellow tree pollen everywhere, it would be sheer perfection! I do truly love Spring. It puts a pep in my step, a song in my heart, and a smile on my face. Well, I smile once my allergies are under control! Hahaha! All this newness around me has my heart thinking upon "new" things in God's Word. In many places, "new" is expounded upon in various ways. This month, our scripture writing plan will focus on the word "new." I sing in a ladies gospel trio called, "The Chosen RAM." We've only been together as a group for about 6 months, although we've been friends for years.
